Where we ship
We currently ship across Canada and the United States.

Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. During launches or sales, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping rates

• Free standard shipping on orders over $199 CAD.

• Orders under $199: rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Estimated delivery

• Canada: 3–7 business days after dispatch

• USA: 5–10 business days after dispatch

Order tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is on the way.

Address changes
If you need to update your address, please email seramamachoice@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

Duties & taxes
Canadian orders include applicable taxes at checkout. US orders may be subject to duties/taxes collected by the carrier upon delivery.

Lost / delayed parcels
If your tracking hasn’t updated for 7+ days, contact us at seramamachoice@gmail.com and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.
