You may return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.

How to start a return

Return shipping
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Please use a trackable service.

Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, let us know—exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Non‑returnable items
For safety & hygiene reasons, the following are final sale: opened skincare, feeding products that have been unsealed, undergarments, personalized/clearance items.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrived damaged or not as expected, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number—we’ll make it right.
